2 cups baby spinach
1 banana, sliced
1 tablespoon matcha or 1 packet
2 teaspoons natural sweetener
1 cup unsweetened almond milk
6 ice cubes (or how many you want)
Lunch:
3 or 4 cups Spring mix
4oz Chicken
3 tablespoons Daiya Dressing
â…“ cup Roasted Red peppers
¼ cup red onion
Snack:
Off the Eaten Path Chickpea Chips
Dinner:
½ cucumber
2 tablespoons goat cheese
2 or 3 slices of Turkey deli meat
Chicken + Rice Soup
