Recipe :-
1. In a pan add jeera in oil then add sooji and roast it.
2. Then add water after roasting for 3-4 mins, and make nice dough with salt and coriander.
3. Now make shape as shown in the video with straw.
4. For tadka, add jeera, rai and til in the pan with oil.
5. SautΓ© it for a while and then add haldi, red chilli powder and Sambhar Masala.
6. Mix well and then add all prepared sooji vadas.
