High-Protein Moringa Roti Paneer Sprouts Taco 🌮
Ingredients
Moringa roti (atta + moringa powder + salt)
Paneer (100 g)
Mixed sprouts (½ cup, boiled)
Onion, spices, 1 tsp oil
Thick curd + chilli oil + lemon
Method
Make soft moringa rotis on a tawa.
Sauté onion in oil, add spices, paneer & sprouts. Toss 2–3 min.
Mix curd + chilli oil + lemon.
Spread on roti, add paneer-sprouts, fold like a taco.
