Ingredients:
For Dosa Batter:
} 3 cups Idli / Dosa Rice (Soaked for 5-6 hours)
} 1 cup Black Gram (Urad) dal (Soaked for 5-6 hours)
} 1/2 cup Flattened Rice (Poha) (Soaked for 1/2 an hour)
} 10-12 Fenugreek (Methi) Seeds
} Water
} Salt

For Shepu (Dill Leaves) appe batter:
} 2 cups Dosa batter
} 1 Cup finely Chopped Shepu
} 1/2 cup Jaggery
} 1/2 cup Freshly Shredded coconut
} 2 tblspns nuts of your choice

For Beetroot dip:
} 2 tblspns boiled Beetroot pieces (boil the Beetroot 1st & then chop into pieces)
} 1/4 Cup Curd
} 2 tblspns roasted peanuts
} Salt
} Little sugar (optional)
