🥕 Ingredients – Glowing Skin Carrot Salad
• Carrot – 1 large (peeled & cut into noodles)
• Black pepper – ¼ tsp
• Salt – ¼ tsp (or to taste)
• Lemon juice – ½ lemon
• Honey – ½ tsp
• Fresh green coriander – finely chopped
• Roasted white sesame seeds – 1 tsp + extra for garnish
• Homemade chilli oil – ½ tsp (optional)
(You can also use chilli flakes)
• Roasted peanuts – for crunch
