Hi everyone, hope u all are fine. Here is my own recipe of healthy multigrain atta. It has many health benefits alhamdulillah. Try this for 1 week if it suits you then make fresh batches every week or 2. In shaa ALLAH you will get many benefits as like me.

Ingredients:
Half cup of each mentioned flour
2 tbs of fenugreek powder (methi dana)
2 tbs of freshly grounded flax seed powder (alsi)
