This is the kind of meal I build when:
• weight loss is the goal
• I want to feel full and satisfied
• I don’t want to overthink food
• I need something quick and realistic

What’s in this meal:
• 1 cup frozen rice (heated)
• ½ cup pinto beans
• As many bell peppers as you want
• ½ cup corn
• Lettuce
• Salsa (to taste)
• Salt & pepper (optional)
• 3 tablespoons nutritional yeast
• Oil-free vegan cheese sauce (drizzled on top)
