When kids ask for chocolate cookies every day, this is my go-to healthier version.
No maida, no refined sugar — but still soft, chocolatey, and delicious.

🥣 Ingredients
• 1 cup ragi flour
•1/2 cup wheat flour
• 2 tbsp ghee
• 3-4 tbsp cocoa powder
• 1/2 cup jaggery powder
• Milk (as needed to bind)
• ½ -1 tsp baking powder
• Dark chocolate chunks/flakes

👩‍🍳 Method
1. In a bowl, add ghee, ragi flour, wheat flour ,cocoa powder and jaggery powder.
2. Add milk slowly and mix to form a soft dough.
3. Add baking powder and knead gently until smooth.
4. Cover and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
5. Take small portions, roll into balls and press into cookie shapes.
6. Add dark chocolate chunks on top.
7. Place in air fryer at 200°C for 15-20 minutes (adjust based on your air fryer).
8. Let them cool slightly — they firm up as they cool. Enjoy!

💡 Tips
• Don’t add too much milk or the dough will get sticky.
• You can replace jaggery with date powder.
• Store in an airtight container for 3–4 days.
