My take on the Viral Japanese Cheesecake Dessert and it DEFINITELY tastes like CHEESECAKE but a much healthier version! I’m OBSESSED! Share this with a dessert lover.
I jumped on this trend and I’m never going back.
I made a double batch so if you are counting calories like me, only eat half.
Recipe:
~2 servings Oikos Triple Zero Greek Yogurt 200 calories/ 30 grams protein (0 sugar)
~Be amazing protein powder 20 grams protein/ 110 calories (0 sugar)
~10 Nilla Wafers 175 calories 1.5 grams protein (11 grams sugar)
Total 🟰 485 calories / 50 grams of protein / 11 grams of sugar
I only eat half per day (243 calories / 25 grams of protein / 5.5 grams of sugar
