Sauce Recipe –
1 Red Bell Pepper
2 tomatoes
1 cup of Cauliflower, carrots,
1 onion
5 to 6 cloves of garlic
1 tsp oil
1 green chilli
2 kashmiri red chillies
120 g Paneer
1 tsp butter
4 to 5 cloves of garlic
1 onion
1 bowl of mixed veggies (baby corn, mushrooms, bell peppers, broccoli , carrot)
Salt, pepper & chilli flakes
Serve this with rice. I added 100 g green peas to the rice for added protein. The rice has just parsley & chilli flakes.
