Hot Honey Chicken Power Bowl 🐓🔥🍯
This is hands down one of my favorite bowl recipes to date! Such an incredible combination of flavors and easy to make… highly recommend you give it a try!

INGREDIENTS (~4 servings)
– ~2 lbs boneless skinless chicken thighs
– 1 XL sweet potato
– ~1 lb brussels sprouts
– Avocado oil
– Extra virgin olive oil
– 2 tbsp butter
– ~1/4 cup hot honey
– Jasmine rice cooked in chicken bone broth
– Seasonings: Salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika & bbq rub of choice.
Additional toppings:
– Avocado slices
– Crumbled feta
– Pickled onions
– Hot honey
– Chopped parsley
Note(s): Some measurements are estimated, adjust ingredients to your liking.
DIRECTIONS
1. Peel and dice the sweet potato then add to a bowl with a drizzle of olive oil. Season with salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder and smoked paprika. Mix till well combined then bake at 425°F for ~25-30 min.
2. Cut the stems off of the brussel sprouts then thinly slice them. Add some olive oil to a large skillet over medium heat then add in the sprouts. Season with salt, pepper and garlic powder, mix and sauté for ~8-10 min.
3. Dice up the chicken thighs then place them into a large bowl. Drizzle in some avocado oil and season with salt, pepper, onion powder, garlic powder and bbq rub. Mix till well combined.
4. Get a large skillet going over medium-high heat and spray with cooking oil. Add in the chicken and let cook for ~10-15 minutes mixing every few minutes until the chicken is crispy and cooked all the way through (largest piece should reach ~175-180°F degrees internal)
5. Once the chicken is about done, lower the heat and add in the butter along with the hot honey. Let cook and continue mixing until the sauce thickens.
6. Plate it up & ENJOY! 🙌🏻
