Day 1 of Healthy Salad Recipe
Sprouts Salad Recipe
Ingredients:
1 cup homemade sprouts (green gram or mixed)
1 tomato (chopped)
1 small beetroot (chopped)
1 green chilli (finely chopped)
1 small carrot (finely chopped)
Fresh coriander leaves (chopped)
Salt to taste
Lemon juice (1 tbsp)
Process:
1️⃣ Add sprouts to a mixing bowl.
2️⃣ Add chopped tomato, onion, green chilli, and grated carrot.
3️⃣ Sprinkle salt and squeeze fresh lemon juice.
4️⃣ Garnish with coriander leaves.
5️⃣ Mix well and serve immediately — crunchy, spicy & refreshing! 🌿
