Today we’re making Healthy protein packed Recipe- a Beetroot Paneer Tikki with creamy curd dip!!
Ingredients
• Beetroot – 1 cup (boiled, grated & well squeezed)
• Paneer – 1 cup (fresh, crumbled)
• Boiled potato – 1 small–medium (optional, helps binding)
• Onion – 1 small (very finely chopped)
• Green chilli – 1 (finely chopped, adjust to taste)
• Ginger – 1 tsp (grated)
• Fresh coriander leaves – 2 tbsp (finely chopped)
• Red chilli powder – ½ tsp
• Garam masala – ½ tsp
• Chaat masala – ½ tsp
• Black pepper – ¼ tsp
• Salt – to taste
For binding
• Oats powder – 3–4 tbsp (add gradually)
For cooking
• Oil – 1–1½ tsp (for tawa frying)

🌿 Coriander Curd Dip (Quick Recap)
• Thick curd – ½ cup
• Coriander leaves – 2–3 tbsp (paste or finely chopped)
• Roasted cumin powder – ½ tsp
• white pepper – ¼ tsp
• Chaat masala – ¼ tsp
• Salt – to taste
• Lemon juice – few drops
Whisk everything and chill for 10 minutes.
💡 Serving tip
Serve hot tikkis with the chilled curd dip, sliced onions & lemon wedges—light, filling, and perfect for dinner or snacks.
