Ingredients:
* 2 medium onions (yellow and/or red)
* 1 tbsp sugar
* 1/4 tsp salt
* 2 tbsp natural vinegar (red wine or apple cider)
* Boiling water (enough to cover onions)
* 2 dill pickles or fermented cucumbers
* 1 can sweet canned peas (drained)
* 2-3 tbsp unrefined vegetable oil (sunflower or pumpkin seed)
Instructions:
1. Chop onions and place in a deep bowl.
