salmon avocado rice bowl recipe

ingredients:
* 2 cups white rice
* 1 tbsp black rice
* 2 salmon fillets
* gochujang
* hot water
* salt
* 1 avocado
* frozen edamame
* sesame seeds
* seaweed

instructions:
1. cook purple rice: 2 cups white rice + 1 tbsp black rice in rice cooker
2. thaw salmon fillets (in water or fridge if you planned ahead)
3. salt the fillets
4. mix gochujang with hot water until thin enough to brush onto salmon (no measurements, just vibes)
5. airfry at 375°F for 12 minutes
6. cube up avocado
7. warm up frozen edamame
8. assemble: rice, salmon, sliced avocado, edamame, sesame seeds, seaweed
