Soya Chunks Kababs.
Ingredients.
50 Gm soya chunks.
50 Gm curd.
Salt 2 Teaspoon.
Red chili powder 1 teaspoon.
Turmeric powder 1 teaspoon.
Coriander powder 1 teaspoon.
Garamasala powder 1 teaspoon.
chopped mint leaves.
chopped coriander.
Gram flour (beasen) 1 tablespoon.
2 Teaspoon oil.
Procedure.
1.Boil the soya chunks for 10 min.
2.Add 50 gm of curd in a bowl, add all the above ingredients and mix well.
3.Drain the excess water from the chunks and mix with batter, marinate for 10 min.
4.Add the chunks to skewer.
5.Take a pan, add 1 teaspoon oil and keep the flame on medium, place the soya chunks and grill from all sides on medium flame untill they turn golden brown.
6.Plate the soya kababs and enjoy with onion and mint chutney.
