Protein Banana Bread 🍌🍫
Made this during nap time and it turned out so good 🤍
Soft, cozy, naturally sweetened, and packed with protein for steady energy.
Gluten-free, dairy-free, refined sugar-free and made in one bowl.
I used @Truvani vanilla protein powder and @HuChocolate chocolate chips for clean ingredients that still taste amazing.

Ingredients
– 1½ cups mashed banana (about 3 bananas)
– ÂĽ cup non-dairy milk
– ÂĽ cup maple syrup
– 2 eggs (room temperature)
– 3 tbsp coconut oil, melted
– 1 tsp vanilla extract
– 1 cup oat flour
– 1 cup vanilla protein powder (I used @truvani)
– 1 tsp baking powder
– ½ tsp baking soda
– 1 tsp cinnamon
– ½ cup chocolate chips (I used @huchocolate)
Instructions
– Mix wet ingredients in one bowl.
– Add dry ingredients and stir until just combined.
– Fold in chocolate chips.
– Spread into a parchment-lined loaf pan.
– Bake at 350°F for 35–40 minutes, until set.
– Let cool before slicing.
