The Pillsbury sugar cookies are my CHILDHOOD and I’ve been making slutty brownies since middle school so I knew I had to combine them and OMG legit the best thing I’ve ever made

Am I saying these are super high protein, low calorie and “healthy”? No I am not. But are they fun and delicious? 100%

Recipe:

(18 Pillsbury shape sugar cookies)

(8 Oreos)

(Brownie)

1/2 cup pumpkin purée

1/2 cup 0% fat Greek yogurt

1/3 cup monkfruit

1 egg

1 tsp vanilla

1/2 cup dark cocoa powder

1 scoop Level-1 Protein in Chocolate (link in bio :))

Directions

1. Preheat oven to 350 F

2. Spread cookies out on pan and press down.

3. Line oreos on top.

4. Mix ingredients for brownie and pour on top of cookie and oreos.

5. Bake for about 30-35 min (do not over bake or they will lose fudginess) *I used a loaf pan, if using regular brownie sheet, double measurements*
