Hubbybap Light, ep. 8 🫓✨
I’ve been wanting to share this simple 2-ingredient oatmeal pita for a while because it’s one of those recipes that works for so many different meals. It’s healthy, light, and made with the most basic ingredients.
This past week, I used this pita for several light dishes at home — bulgogi & carrot rapée pockets, breakfast wraps, and even a quick cheesy pesto pita. It honestly feels way lighter than regular flour bread, but still satisfying and super versatile 😍
We still have a couple more episodes to go for the Hubbybap Light series, and my husband has actually dropped a few pounds this year 😌 It feels really good starting the year lighter, and I’ve loved sharing these lighter meal ideas with you along the way.
Simple, wholesome, and easy to make anytime. One of those staples I rarely buy from the store anymore.
Save this for the next time you want something quick, light, and homemade 🫶
