Ingredients are:-
1.Jowar aata/ Sorghum flour-1 bowl
2.Wheat flour-1/2 bowl
3.Semolina/ Rava/ sooji-1 tbsp
4.Salt- to taste
5.Ginger garlic paste-1 tsp
6.Chopped tomato-1 tbsp
7.Chopped onions-1 tbsp
8.Oil
9.Chopped green chilly-1
10.Turmeric-1/2 tsp
11.Coriander powder-1/2 tsp
12.Cumin seeds-1/2 tsp
13.Chopped Coriander-1/4 cup
14.Red Chilli powder-1/2 tsp
15.Carom Seeds/Ajwain-1/2 tsp
Method:-
1.Take a deep bowl and add jowar flour, wheat flour,Rawa, ginger garlic paste ,salt and mix it well
2.Now add vegetables along with spices
Mix it well
3.Now add water into batches and make a smooth batter, Meanwhile heat up the tawa
4.once tawa is heated add batter is ready
Add some oil on tawa and spread it
5.Now add chilla batter and spread it and give a round shape
6.Cook it on medium heat,once it done from one side flip it and add oil from sides and cook it from another side
( Press it gently)
7.Healthy tasty Masala Jowar chilla is ready to serve
8.Serve it hot with Sauce or green chutney
