tomato
cucumber
navy beans
Dress with evoo, balsamic, salt and pepper
SALAD #2
black beans
corn kernels
diced shallot or red onion
Dress with evoo, lemon juice, freshly chopped cilantro, salt and smoked paprika
SALAD #3
bell pepper
firm tofu (marinated if you like)
shelled edamame
Dress with sesame oil, tamari or soy sauce, toasted sesame seeds, togarashi, salt and sugar.
