This healthy and delicious salad is loaded with nutrient -rich vegetables you will enjoy always for its impressive benefits. It is easy and simple to make and all you need are these vegetables

1/4 medium lettuce shredded finely
2 mini cucumbers (cubed)
2 medium carrots shredded finely
1/4 purple cabbage (shredded)
1 apple cut in cubes
1 large tomato cut in cubes
1/2 medium red onion thinly sliced

Dressing:
1 1/2 tbs fresh squeezed lime
2 tbs olive oil
1/4 tsp sugar
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp black pepper mix
Feta cheese to top (optional)
Instructions:
1. Fill the platter with the cucumber, red cabbage, cubed tomato, shredded carrots, apple, and lettuce
Dressing
2. To a small cup, stir in olive oil, lime, salt, sugar, and the black pepper mix to combine.
3. Drizzle dressing over salad and toss evenly
