Recipe:
3 scrambled eggs (no oils used)
21g (1/4C) 100% Cocoa powder
62g (1/4C) Oatmilk (Or any non-dairy milk)
7g (~1tbs) Monk Fruit Sweetner (She suggested maple syrup or honey)
– Blend all the ingredients together
– Chill for 1-2 hours before eating

Carbs: 16g
Protein: 24g
Fats: 18g
Fiber: 8g
