Wheat flour 3 cup
Gram flour 2 cup
Bajra flour 1 cup
Garlic ginger green chilli paste 1 spoon
Grated Bottle gourds – 1 cup
Lemon
Coriander leaves
Salt
Coriander powder
Red chilli powder
Turmeric
Jaljira / chat masala
Til 1 spoon
Baking soda pinch
Oil for binding
Kasuri methi 3 spoon
Water as needed
Oil for fry
Mustered seeds
Sesame
Coconut powder for garnishing
