If you are connected with us on Instagram (@marriedfriends ), you must have seen our Vegetable juice stories. We love to start our day with a glass of fresh vegetable juice.

We started doing it last year but now it just feels right and good to start our day with something healthy. It just sets the mood of the day. Later I realized that in this way we are consuming 5 vegetables first thing in the morning. We even consume vegetables that we don’t eat generally especially Jatin. Vegetables like ash gourd, spinach, amla, turmeric, etc. I prefer to add those vegetables and make them a part of our diet.
