Hi, today is my first attempt at meal prepping. This meal prep is for weight loss in women. I have 3 easy meal prep ideas for weight loss that are vegetarian! I am trying to lose weight with meal prepping, let’s see how it goes!

RECIPES!!!!
Meal No.1 – Pesto Pasta.
– 600g pasta (it made A LOT of pasta haha).
– Pesto jar.
– 2 garlic cloves.
– Almonds to garnish.
– 1 boiled egg per serving.

Meal No.2 – Chickpea Goodness.
– 1 serving of rice per serve.
– 2 cups vegetable stock.
– 3 garlic cloves.
– 1 onion.
– 2 cans chickpeas; drained and rinsed.
– 1 can diced tomatoes.
– 1 Tbsp tomato paste.
– 1 tsp cumin.
– Serve with spinach.

Meal No.3 – Fritters with Zesty Salad.
– 2 cups shredded zucchini.
– 2 cups shredded carrots.
– 2 garlic cloves.
– 2/3 cups all purpose flour (don’t use baking flour like me).
– 2 large eggs, lightly beaten.
– 1/3 cup scallions.
– Serve with a salad of your choice (I picked: spinach, tomato, cucumber, pickles, lemon juice).
