This is everything I ate today!! Hopefully this video gave you some ideas of very cheap meal ideas you can do as a college student on a budget ! All the recipes showed are tofu-free as well as mock-meat free! Let me know if you have any requests of videos that you want me to film !!

BREAKFAST:
peanut butter on cinnamon raisin toast! (i know i’m quite the chef!)

LUNCH:
lentil ‘bolognaise’
-sauté some sliced onions and mushrooms in some olive oil at medium heat for a few minutes
-add in some lentils and sauté together
-add in some spices (salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder and italian herbs)
-add in the cherry tomatoes and let them heat up and ‘pop’
-mash the sauce to your liking and ajust the seasonnings
-toss in some freshly cooked spaghettini and serve!
(so easy and quick but so delish!)

SNACK:
appleauce (yumm!)

DINNER:
same thing as lunch but added some cubed roasted sweet potatoes!
