Breakfast prep of the week: mango chia pudding

I’ve gotchu with the recipe:
Blend 1.5 cups Greek yogurt, 1.5 cups frozen mango, 2 cups milk (or almond or oat milk) in a blender. Then, stir it together with 1 cup of chia seeds and let it sit overnight😊 This makes 4 servings with 20g protein and 20g fiber each!!
