Today I’m sharing my healthy red rice plate with purple cabbage & radish salad, ridge gourd stir fry, sprouted fenugreek seeds, and egg for protein — perfect for moms, staying fit and everyday clean eating.
This meal is rich in fiber, plant nutrients, and balanced protein — easy to cook and great for gut health.
🥗 SALAD:
shredded purple cabbage + radish + olive oil + sesame seeds
🍳 RIDGE GOURD STIR FRY:
Heat oil → add mustard & cumin seeds → curry leaves → crushed garlic → sauté onion → chopped ridge gourd → salt → turmeric → chilli powder → coriander powder → roasted peanut powder → garnish with coriander.
🥚 SIDES:
2 spoons sprouted fenugreek seeds + 1 egg
