Ingredients per serving:
– 5oz argentine red shrimp, raw
– 2 cups green cabbage
– 3 whole eggs
– 1 tbsp light kewpie mayo
– 1 tbsp okonomiyaki sauce
– 2 tbsp dried bonito flakes
– 1 second spray oil
How to make it yourself:
1. Finely shred your green cabbage and finely chop your shrimp
2. In a bowl, crack your eggs and whisk them
3. Add your shredded cabbage & chopped shrimp into the eggs and whisk well until the egg-shrimp-cabbage mixture foams
4. In a pan coated with spray oil in medium low heat, pour your egg-shrimp-cabbage mixture onto the pan and spread it into a circular pancake shape
5. Flip once it starts to crisp and turns golden brown until both sides are golden brown and crispy
6. When crispy and brown, place on a plate, top off with okonomiyaki sauce, kewpie mayo, and bonito flakes, and enjoy!
