How to Make khira Santula at Home | Authentic Odia Recipe | Step by Step👇🏻

Ingredients:
• Raw papaya
• Aloo
• Gajar
• pumpkin
• Matar
• Raw banana
• 1 cup milk 🥛
• 1–2 hari mirch
• Ginger
• Haldi (bahut thoda)
• Namak

Tadka prep:

• rai
• jeera
• Kala jeera
• Methi
• Sukhi mirch
• Mustard oil/ ghee
• Garlic

Banane ka Tarika:

1️⃣ Sab vegetables ko ek handi mein daal kar thoda pani, haldi aur namak ke saath boil karein.
(Veggies soft ho jaye par zyada mash na ho.)

2️⃣ Jab pani thoda kam ho jaye aur sabzi pak jaye, tab flame slow karein aur milk add karein.
2–3 min halki boil aane dein.

3️⃣ Ab ek chhota tadka pan lein:
Tel/ghee garam karein → rai + jeera + sukhi lal mirch ka tadka lagayein.

4️⃣ Yeh garam tadka upar se dudha santula mein daal dein.

Important Tip:

Milk add karne ke baad zyada tez flame na rakhein, warna milk phat sakta hai.
Iska taste mild, halka aur bahut comforting hota hai 😍
