Oil-Free Pumpkin Soup (YouTube Shorts Version)
Ingredients
Base: 500g Pumpkin, 2 Carrots, 1 Onion (all diced).
Flavor: 1″ Ginger, 8 Garlic cloves, 2 Green chillies, Coriander stems, 8-10 Cashews.
Whole Spices: 2″ Cinnamon, 2 Bay leaves, 2 Cloves.
Finish: Salt, Pepper, Lemon juice.

Quick Method (Voiceover Script)
Pressure Cook: Toss diced pumpkin, carrots, and onion into a pressure cooker with ginger, garlic, chillies, coriander stems, cashews, and whole spices.
Whistle: Add water and salt; pressure cook for 3 whistles.
Prep: Let it cool naturally. Important: Discard the whole spices (bay leaf, cinnamon, cloves) before blending.
Blend: Transfer the mix to a jar and blend until silky smooth.
Simmer: Pour back into the pot. Add hot water to adjust the consistency.
Season: Add black pepper and a squeeze of lemon juice. (Optional: A drop of honey if your pumpkin isn’t sweet!)
