Ingredients: (serves approx. 2 parents, 1 baby)
– 1 carrot (chopped)
– 2 celery (chopped)
– 1 onion (chopped)
– 3 garlic cloves (chopped)
– ~ 400 gr. cannellini bean (1 can)
– ~ 300 ml. stock broth ( of your preference – beef – chicken – vegi-)
– let it slow cook for at least 10 minutes and then blender
– Extra Virgin Olive Oil
– Salt (small pinch)
– hand blender
– spoon
– a noisy baby!
