Three Bean Salad – Healthy Red Bean Salad for weight loss
Ingredients :
White Chana – 35 grms
Black Chana – 35 grms
Kidney Bean – 30 grms
(I have used 100 grms combined all beans). Soak overnight.
Wash and pressure cook it for 15min.
Take a large bowl & mix the following ingredients:
Boiled three beans – 100grms
Red capsicum – 1/4th sliced
Yellow Capsicum – 1/4th sliced
Pepper powder – 1/2 spoon
Salt to taste
Lemon juice – 5 drops
Butter – 1/2 spoon (optional)
Garnish with coriander leaves.
