200g Milky Mist Greek Yogurt
1 scoop chocolate whey protein
Handful blueberries and strwaberries
1 tbsp mixed seeds (chia + flax + pumpkin + sunflower)

1. In a chilled bowl, add the Greek yogurt.
2. Mix the whey protein slowly to avoid lumps (add 1โ€“2 tbsp water or milk if too thick).
3. Top with fresh blueberries.
4.Sprinkle mixed seeds on top for crunch.
5.Optional: Add 1 tbsp of honey for extra sweetness
