Sharing another version of creamy chicken sandwiches today..
What you would need👇
1/2 kg chicken breast fillet boiled in some salt and vinegar and shredded.
400 ml cream
2 tosp mayonnaise
1 large capsicum finely chopped
1 tsp black pepper powder
1 tsp salt
3-4 boiled eggs mashed
Simply mix everything together with clean bare hands and spread lavishly over sandwich bread.
