Recipe Details: Bajra Masala Mathri
Bajra flour (pearl millet flour) – 1 cup
Whole wheat flour (atta) – ½ cup
Ghee – 2 tablespoons
White sesame seeds – 1 tablespoon
Red chilli powder – 1 tablespoon
Freshly crushed coriander seeds – 1 tablespoon
Carom seeds (ajwain) – ½ tablespoon
Fresh coriander leaves (finely chopped) – 2 tablespoons
Warm water – as needed to make stiff dough

Desi Trail Mix / Namkeen Mixture
Puffed rice (muri) – 3 cups
Makhana (fox nuts) – 1 cup
Flattened rice (poha) – ¼ cup
Peanuts – ¼ cup
Cashews – 2 tablespoons
Almonds – 2 tablespoons
Raisins – 2 tablespoons
Dried curry leaves – 8 to 10 leaves
For tempering:
Ghee or mustard oil – 1 tablespoon
Cumin seeds (jeera) – ½ teaspoon
Mustard seeds – ½ teaspoon
Turmeric powder – ½ teaspoon
Red chilli powder – ½ teaspoon
Jeera powder – ½ teaspoon
Black salt – ½ teaspoon
Chaat masala – 1 teaspoon
Dry mango powder (amchur) – ½ teaspoon

Crispy Chickpea Sticks
Boiled chickpeas – 1 cup
Ginger – 1 small piece
Fresh coriander leaves – 2 tablespoons
Chilli flakes – ½ teaspoon
Salt – to taste
Jeera powder – ½ teaspoon
Olive oil / butter – 1 tablespoon (for brushing)
Mixed seeds – 1 tablespoon

Air Fryer Chicken Tikka
Chicken breast (boneless, cubed) – 300 grams
Ginger garlic paste – 1 tablespoon
Cumin powder – 1 teaspoon
Red chilli powder – 1 teaspoon
Coriander powder – 1 teaspoon
Chicken masala – 1 teaspoon
Black pepper powder – ½ teaspoon
Hung curd – ½ cup
Cornflour – 1 tablespoon
Grated cheese – 2 tablespoons (optional)
Fresh cream – 1 tablespoon (optional)
Butter / oil – 1 to 2 tablespoons (for brushing)
