In this video, I’m sharing a simple and healthy Quinoa Roti recipe. Quinoa is rich in nutrients and contains 10+ minerals and 7 types of vitamins, making it a great addition to your diet. This roti is very easy to prepare with simple ingredients and tastes delicious when served with **chicken curry, mutton curry, or vegetable kurma.
Ingredients
* 1 cup Quinoa
* Salt – as required
* ½ tablespoon Oil
* Warm water – as required
Preparation Process
1. Take 1 cup of quinoa and dry roast it in a pan for about 2–3 minutes on low flame.
2. Roasting helps remove the raw taste and enhances the flavor.
3. Transfer it to a plate and allow it to cool completely.
4. Once cooled, grind the roasted quinoa into a fine powder using a mixer grinder.
5. Sieve the flour to remove any lumps.
6. Take the flour in a bowl and add salt and ½ tablespoon oil.
7. Gradually add warm water and knead it into a soft dough like chapati dough.
8. Take a small portion of dough and gently press it with your fingers to shape it like a roti (similar to jowar roti).
9. Place it on a hot pan and cook on both sides until done.
Your healthy quinoa roti is ready! Serve it with vegetable kurma, chicken curry, or mutton curry* for a delicious and nutritious meal.
