* 4 Bread slices
* 1 boiled potato (aalu)
* 1 small beetroot (grated ya sliced)
* 1 tomato (sliced)
* 1 cucumber / kakdi (sliced)
* 2 tbsp butter
* 2 tbsp green chutney ya sandwich spread
* Salt taste ke hisaab se
* Black pepper thoda sa
* Tomato ketchup (serve karne ke liye)
## Method
1. Sabse pehle bread slices par butter aur chutney laga dein.
2. Ek slice par **boiled potato mash** spread karein.
3. Uske upar **beetroot, tomato aur cucumber slices** laga dein.
4. Thoda sa **salt aur black pepper** sprinkle karein.
5. Dusri bread slice upar rakh kar sandwich close karein.
6. Sandwich ko **grill pan ya sandwich maker** mein crispy hone tak grill karein.
7. Sandwich ko **triangle shape** mein cut karein aur ketchup ke saath serve karein.
