🥣 Ingredients:
1 cup boiled chana
2 tbsp besan
Salt (swad anusar)
½ tsp mirch powder
½ tsp dhania powder
½ tsp jeera powder
Fresh coriander (hara dhania)
1 normal roti (ya high protein roti)
Apni pasand ki dip
Chopped veggies (pyaz, shimla mirch, gajar etc.)
👩🍳 Method:
1️⃣ Sabse pehle boiled chana ko halka mash kar lo.
2️⃣ Usme 2 spoon besan, salt, mirch, dhania powder, jeera powder aur hara dhania add karo.
3️⃣ Sabko mix karke ek soft sa gola (mixture) bana lo.
4️⃣ Ab ek ghar ki roti lo (ya high protein roti).
5️⃣ Chane ka mixture roti ke upar evenly spread kar do.
6️⃣ Upar se apni favourite dip lagao.
7️⃣ Ab apni pasand ki veggies add karo.
8️⃣ Finally ise halka sa tawa par toast kar lo jab tak wrap thoda crispy na ho jaye.
