Methi paratha is delicious,healthy & tastes good. This is the basic recipe you can add any additional ingredients you like. It has numerous health benefits and can be made in minutes. Just like that of last min preparations. Here are the ingredients used:
2 cups Whole Wheat Flour
1/4 cup Besan
Salt needed
1 tsp Oil
1 to 1.5 cups Methi leaves finely chopped
1 tsp Ginger
1/2 tsp Ajwain/Omam
1/2 tsp Cumin seeds
1 to 2 Green chillis /to taste
1/4 tsp Turmeric powder
1/4 tsp Chilli powder/as needed
Ghee
Notes:
+ you can adjust the amount of methi leaves based on your taste
+ adjust the spice accordingly
+ While making the dough, add water little by little to avoid sticky dough
+ You can roll out the parathas in preferred thickness.
