Recipe Ingredients
• Rice paper sheets – 3
• Lettuce leaves – 4
• Low fat paneer – 100 gm
• Chopped cabbage – 30 gm
• Boiled sweet corn – 10 gm
• Chopped onion – 20 gm
• Fresh coriander leaves – few
• Peri peri masala – as per taste
• Chipotle sauce – 1 tsp
• Water spray – to soften rice paper
Recipe Process
1. 3 rice paper sheets ko overlap karke bicha lo aur water spray kar do.
2. Center me 2 lettuce leaves rakh do.
3. Ab cabbage, 100 gm low-fat paneer slices aur sweet corn add karo.
4. Chopped onion, peri peri masala aur fresh coriander sprinkle karo.
5. Thoda chipotle sauce spread karo.
6. Upar se 2 lettuce leaves rakh kar rice paper ko tightly roll kar do.
7. Roll ko mini pieces me cut karo aur enjoy karo.
