Chocolate chip sausage mcgriddles

Ingredients
1 package of crepini pre made protein pancakes (chocolate chip)
2 eggs
150g of pork breakfast sausage
2 colby jack cheese slices
Salt
1 tbsp butter
2 pancake rings or large mason jar lids
Maple syrup

Instructions
– [ ] Break your sausage in half so you have two 75g sausage balls. Throw those in the pancake rings to form patties. Take them out and cook those patties on a skillet med heat 5 minutes each side.
– [ ] Then add your cheese slices to the patties to melt the cheese. Set aside
– [ ] Put your pancake rings in the skillet throw butter into each ring then one egg each ring. Hold the sides down so the egg doesnt seep out the bottom. Mix the egg in the ring.
– [ ] Cover the top with a lid and cook on low until the eggs are hardened. Pull the egg out the rings right away so they dont stick to it.
– [ ] Warm up your crepini protein pancakes in air fryer or oven. Shouldnt take long they are pre cooked.
– [ ] Form your sandwich and drizzle maple syrup on top.
