Protein Ice Cream Base (Ninja Creami):• 300ml fat-free milk• 1 @levels protein
•50g eggwhites
(280 cal | 43g protein)
Sandwich:• 4 rice cakes (200 calories)
Instructions:
1. Mix the milk and protein powder and pour into a Ninja Creami pint container.
2. Freeze overnight.
3. Spin on the Lite Ice Cream setting until creamy.
