Banana pancakes 🍌 🥞 (wholesome version)
Soft, fluffy, and made with all things good.

Ingredients (2 servings):
• 2 medium ripe bananas
• 2 eggs
• 3 tbsp oats flour
• 1½ tsp baking powder
Method:
Peel and mash the bananas well.
Add eggs and whisk into the mash.
Mix in oats flour and combine until smooth (no lumps).
Add baking powder at the end and gently fold in.
Lightly grease a thick-bottom pan.
Pour small portions of batter, cover, and cook on low flame.
Flip carefully and cook the other side with a little ghee/oil.
⚠️ These are easy to burn, so cook on the lowest flame and keep a close watch.
Serve with fresh fruits and a generous drizzle of honey, it just adds to the charm.
