Electrolyte-Rich Kuluki Popsicles
1. Take fresh coconut water in a bowl or shaker.
2. Add 1 tsp sabja seeds (basil seeds) that have been soaked for about 15 minutes.
3. Squeeze in the juice of 1 lemon.
4. Add ½ tsp sugar and ½ tsp salt.
5. Add 1 slit green chilli for that classic kuluki flavor.
6. Shake it well (kuluki means shake).
7. Pour the mixture into popsicle molds.
8. Freeze for 6–7 hours or overnight.
9. Unmold and enjoy these refreshing electrolyte popsicles.
