Ingredients:
-2 lbs Chicken Breast (907g)
-1: 14.5 oz Box Barilla Protein+ Pasta (392g dry)
-1 Cup Buffalo Wing Sauce (240mL)
-1 Ranch Seasoning Packet (28g)
-2: 3oz Bags Real Bacon Bits (170g total)
-2: 12 oz Bags Frozen Peas & Carrots (680g)
Cheese Sauce:
-1 Cup Fat-Free Cottage Cheese (225g)
-1 Cup Unsweetened Almond Milk (240mL)
-1 Cup Reduced-Fat Cheddar Cheese (112g)
-1 Cup Part-Skim Mozzarella Cheese (112g)
Instructions:
1.) Cook chicken with buffalo sauce and ranch seasoning in crockpot (high 3–4 hrs or low 6–8 hrs).
2.) Cook pasta near the end; drain.
3.) Blend cottage cheese, milk, and cheeses into sauce.
4.) Shred chicken, stir in sauce, pasta, veggies, and bacon; heat through.
5.) Cool and divide into 7 containers (or eat now).
