Hello everyone Hope you are having a lovely day! This vlog was about one day in my life when I had a shoot near the beach during winter. We always shoot seasons upside down, that means that during winter you shoot summer collections and during summer winter clothes. I got pictures from that day, and I decided to show them to you and redo the edit for this vlog as I’m learning how to work with FinalcutPro and it’s good fun so far! I love to eat this way, and it makes me feel great, I genuinely love healthy food. The plant-based diet was a great switch for me, but I understand that it may not work for everyone! Everybody is unique, and I respect if you do different food choices:) I would appreciate if you would respect mine (haters, please reframe yourself and spend your energy in some other more productive way like working on yourself and finding out why you only feel worth it after making poor comments to others)

Recipe for meal prep breakfast
Serves 2
80 grams of oats
20 grams of chia seeds or linseeds
20 grams of sunflower seeds
30 grams of mulberries (or any dry fruit that you love)
1/2 tsp of vanilla powder
300 grams of cashew milk
1 tbsp of lucuma powder(or maple syrup)
Preparation Mix everything in the bowl, leave to sit for 5 minutes. Whisk again, cover the bowl and leave in the fridge overnight or for up to 4 days. In the morning warm it up gently over low heat and serve with your toppings of choice or enjoy it straight from the fridge
