Recipe EP:10
1️⃣Meal 1 (High Protein Oats):
50gms Oats + 50-100ml Oat Milk + 100gm skyr/greek yoghurt + 1 Pomegranates Seeds + add Freshly chopped strawberries(wash strawberries for 10 min in baking soda and vinegar) + add 1/2 scoop whey protein powder + Optional: Muesli (for crunchiness) + Honey + Dark chocolate square
2️⃣Meal 2 (Rice and Soya Kebab):
Boil 100gms soya chunks + Boil 150gms Peas + + 2-3 green chilli + 1 Onion + Coriander + Mix everything in a mixer + Add 1 tbsp jeera powder + Salt + 2 tbsp Aamchur powder + 2 Tbsp kashmiri lal mirch (optional) + 2 tbsp roasted besan + mix well the paste + make tikki shape + stir fry on medium heat until properly cooked from both sides.
Rice: Wash thrice 200gm rice + add in a cooker + add peas and corn as well + add water double the rice + cook for 2-3 whistles on medium flame.
3️⃣Meal 3 (Paneer chilli with pita bread)
400gm paneer in a box + add salt + 1tsp black pepper + 2 tbsp cornstarch + add 1 tbsp water mix well + Stir fry paneer with low oil untill cooked.
Sauce: Add oil sprays in a pan + Add ground green chilli(3-4) + crushed garlic (3-4) + 2 inch grated ginger + cook for 5 min + add water 100-200ml + add soy sauce (2 tbsp) + 1 tbsp vinegar + Cornstarch (1tbsp) with 2tbsp water mix well+ 2 tbsp Kashmiri lal mirch + Diced Onion + add paneer + Tomato ketchup (any healthy brand like troovy etc)
Pita bread i have purchased from zepto, non maida based, you can also use roti but dont store roti.
