3 red apples
4–5 dates
5 walnuts
5 tablespoons finely ground oats

STEPS
1. Peel and grate the apples.
2. Cook the grated apples in a pan until soft.
3. Add the apples to a food processor.
4. Add dates, walnuts, oats, and cinnamon.
